Coach Banas will be joining the D-Backs after 7 years coaching and training at various organizations in Northern Indiana. Before beginning his coaching career, Coach Banas was blessed with the opportunity to extend his playing career at Indiana University. While at Indiana Coach earned a B.S. in Kinesiology from the school of H.P.E.R and an MBA from the Kelly School of Business. Coach Banas uses his education and exercise science background to develop his players physically in the weight room and through challenging off season conditioning.

As a Midwest native Coach Banas is committed to seeing local kids get the opportunity to maximize and show their talent on the national stage and continue to grow the game. Every player has the potential to be great and through hard work and dedication Coach is committed to helping each player reach and exceed their baseball and life goals. When not coaching you can find him enjoying time at the lake with his children or at the gym focusing on his personal fitness journey.
